The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a new area, close enough to Georgetown and Gurney Drive and Georgetown and Queensbay Mall. The booked room was neat and soundproof with large bed. We were met by AFFABLE, amicable personnel. Also, location was favourable and unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Spice Arena.
Quite small bathroom, and the breakfast was average.

Excellent service and prompt response to requests. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the shower was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and the airport. The friendly bellman, Roslyn, was always helpful with recommendations and directions. The hotel also offers fast internet and a decent breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.
